| Yes, all our gas works is certified by a Corgi Plumber and Electric works is done by a qualified Electrician |

| How can I pay? |

we accept Cash, Bank draft, credit and debit cards payments, all payment by credit cards will be processed online through Paypal and you can use any cards but please note that we charge 3% to cover the cost of the transaction

| How much does your handyman service cost? |
|
| £20 per half-hour for the first half-hour, £15 each other half-hour, plus £20 callout. Evening and weekend work is charged at a 50% premium |

| How quickly can your handyman come out? |

| Most of our jobs are booked two days in advance but we can sometimes arrange for the same day work depending on the booking on the day |

| Are you a member of any trade association or guild? |

| No. There are some so-called trade associations or guilds that will sell anyone a membership and a logo for an annual fee.The average consumer will not know which guilds or associations are reputable and which are not, we have chosen not to align ourselves with any association or guild |

| We have a list of contactable previous customers who will be happy to recommend us, we also supply all our customers with two previous clients numbers |

| Do you sign contract for the jobs? |

| Yes, we carry all or work under a contract, we use industry approved Joint Contract Tribunal (JCT) contract for Homeowners / Business, and a sample can be send to you upon request. |

| Do you provide work guarantee? |
|
| Yes, each type of work comes with different guarantee terms but generally all our installation comes with 12 month guarantee, a completion letter will be sent to you including all your work guarantee information |
